INGREDIENTS
· 2 cups flour
· 1 tbsp. Of baking powder
· 1 pinch of salt · ½ cup sugar
· 1 egg
· 1/3 cup melted butter ½ cup milk
· ½ cup cream For the cover
· 1/3 cup of common sugar
· 1/3 cup flour
· ¼ cdita. of salt Sweet milk to taste
· 3 tbsp. Of confectionery
PREPARATION
Sift the flour with the baking powder and salt. Add the sugar. Lightly beat the rest of the ingredients. Make a crown with the flour and in the center add the smoothie. Mix until obtaining a homogeneous paste. Distribute the mixture in pirotines or molds for enamelled and floured muffins of 6 cm in diameter, and fill them to the middle of the mold. For the cover Mix the sugar with the flour, salt. Cover the fruit with this dressing and sprinkle with the blonde sugar. Cook in preheated oven at moderate to strong temperature for 25 minutes. Let cool on a rack and serve with dulce de leche filling.
