INGREDIENTS

1 cup of flour Banana.

1 ½ cups crushed oats.

1 tablespoon baking powder.

1 ½ cups dietary yogurt.

½ cup of skim milk.

½ cup grated coconut.

1 tablespoon of sweetener suitable for cooking.

¾ cup cocoa powder.

PREPARATION

Pour egg whites, egg, yogurt and milk into a bowl and beat well.

We add flour, oats and baking powder, and mix with enveloping motions.
